Valet Parking & Doorman

Although each unit owns its own private parking bays, Spindle affords each of its thirteen owners their own personal doorman and valet, in the style and vein of a 5th Avenue apartment building.

There is a rather grand, private entrance foyer and valet car drop-off, comprising the entire ground floor, and slathered in Sardo granite from floor to ceiling, and only slightly softened with salmon velvet drapes and indirect, concealed warm-white lighting. Behind a solid black polished Corian reception desk is the dedicated 24-hour doorman and valet, whose job it is to serve only the thirteen owners. Between reception and the private valet parking bay, is the box-room, where deliveries can be safely stowed while you're out.

Most new apartment blocks to tend to look a lot like high-rise parking garages, because that's essentially what they are, but Spindle doesn't have that problem.

Only the thirteen owners have access to the valet bay, where one can just drive straight in and leave one's keys with the doorman at any time of the day or night. Once he's helped you with your parcels, and in his own time, he'll then park your car for you in your own private, secure garage -- just across Church Square. Of course he'll also fetch your car whenever you should need it.

Ample parking, secure and private

Each full-floor mansion or full-floor office chambers comes with two private, secure parking bays as standard, whilst the duplex penthouses each come with three private, secure parking bays, two of which are in tandem. Additional parking bays are available, for sale, to office chambers buyers who need them.

You need never even see your own parking bay

Each owner will have their own title deeds to their own private parking bays, which are all located in The Adderley, a modern new sectional title parking garage with exquisite heritage facades ranging from the Victorian to the Art Deco. The entrance to the parking garage is just a short walk across the cobbled splendour of Church Square, and directly opposite Peter Tempelhof's FYN Restaurant -- now ranked 37^th^ in the world. But, with the on-site doorman and valet, one might never even see one's own parking bay first-hand.

Pool & gym?

The Adderley Parking Garage sports a visually-arresting roof-top pool (as well as a gym) to which all parking bay owners have free access. Spindle itself has no "Common Areas". There are no corridors, no communal gym, no communal pool.
